We are a design agency based in the Nuremberg/Fuerth/Erlangen metropolitan region and have our roots in medical design. Our aim is to offer our customers a unique and innovative design that reflects their brand identity. We work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop customised solutions.
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.
What you should bring in terms of experience:
- Development of UX/UI concepts
- Creation of customer journeys, wireframes, mockups and prototypes – preferably in Figma
- Management of the entire development and design process (research, strategy, concept, information architecture, design, prototyping, testing, implementation).
- Development of modular design systems and style guides
- Work closely with the client and participate in the development of complex UX/UI projects with management of junior designers
- Management of projects with a focus on excellent user experience
- Creation and presentation of concepts

Job profile:
We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX designer with the following skills:
- 4+ years of professional experience
- Completed studies or comparable training in the fields of media design, information design, interaction design, interface design or similar.
- Implementation strength in the development of digital applications
- Realisation of larger projects using common methods and working methods
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Initiative and solution-orientated thinking
- Management of a small project team

Internship for Industrial Design available from winter semester
We offer you a 6-month internship in which you can further develop your creative and technical skills and experience first-hand how products are developed for the medical technology sector. You will be part of our team, where you can contribute your own ideas and commitment.
Requirements
- 3D knowledge in the programmes Autodesk Alias or Rhinoceros or Solidworks
- 2D knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Power Point
- Creativity, good spatial awareness and enjoy challenges
- Inventiveness and ability to work in a team in an interdisciplinary working environment

We are a medical design agency with technical finesse, a creative approach and attention to detail. Our aim is to make complex technology understandable. To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a Product Designer (m/f) who shares our passion for user experience..
Your tasks:
- Development of innovative and functional product ideas from the first sketch to implementation
- Collaboration at the interface between product and UI/UX design
- Ensuring production-ready design solutions in close collaboration with colleagues from various disciplines (design, UI/UX, sales, marketing, etc.)
Your profile:
- Completed studies in the field of industrial design / industrial design / product design.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in the design or manufacture of complex technical products.
- Ability to combine technology, innovation and form
- A keen eye for detail
- High level of technical understanding
- Independent and proactive way of working and strong implementation skills
- Good knowledge of Rhino or Solidworks, Keyshot and the common Adobe programmes

Wir sind eine Designagentur, die seit vielen Jahren erfolgreich für die Marktführer im Medizin– und Pharmabereich arbeitet.. Bis auf eine Ausnahme sind wir auch keine Diven und arbeiten mit Interns almost on an equal footing. So relax and support usto make complex technology understandable.
Task
To Your tasks will primarily include the conceptual development of new user interfaces for highly complex medical devices. But also design changes to our website or content for Social Media are part of your tasks. Of course, it is always important to us that you can contribute your own ideas and develop freely with us..
Qualification
You will fit into the team if… you have an eye for beautiful and functional design and have already gained some experience in UI/UX design or design in general. We would be delighted to see a few examples and/or a portfolio of your previous work.
