We are a design agency based in the Nuremberg/Fuerth/Erlangen metropolitan region and have our roots in medical design. Our aim is to offer our customers a unique and innovative design that reflects their brand identity. We work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop customised solutions.

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

What you should bring in terms of experience:

• Development of UX/UI concepts
• Creation of customer journeys, wireframes, mockups and prototypes – preferably in Figma
• Management of the entire development and design process (research, strategy, concept, information architecture, design, prototyping, testing, implementation).
• Development of modular design systems and style guides
• Work closely with the client and participate in the development of complex UX/UI projects with management of junior designers
• Management of projects with a focus on excellent user experience
• Creation and presentation of concepts

Job profile:

We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX designer with the following skills:

• 4+ years of professional experience
• Completed studies or comparable training in the fields of media design, information design, interaction design, interface design or similar.
• Implementation strength in the development of digital applications
• Realisation of larger projects using common methods and working methods
• Analytical and conceptual skills
• Initiative and solution-orientated thinking
• Management of a small project team
