Small but nice – the new filter for crossflow applications presents itself from its best side. The design combines pure elegance with perfect handling in one product. A filter area of only 50 cm² enables the user to work precisely and yet flexibly with the smallest volumes. In the field of crossfiltration, working with small volumes is the order of the day. It is therefore no coincidence that special attention was paid to “ease of use”, risk minimisation and workflow integration in the product design.
Clear and legible labelling of the connections supports the user during installation of the product and thus prevents incorrect use. By means of a QR code, the filter, which is designed for ultra- and diafiltration applications, can be integrated smoothly, quickly and easily into the workflow. This saves time, facilitates documentation and offers optimal and convenient state-of-the-art control. The Luer system was defined as the device interface. This standardised connection system is familiar to the user and is used intuitively.
