    Flat tension lever

Briefing

During the development of the adjustable flat clamping lever GN 126, special attention was paid to the ergonomics of the lever as well as to a timelessly elegant design. Since they are preferably to be used when the swivel range is limited or a certain clamping position of the lever is desired, the installation space has been limited.

The screw insert is disengageably connected to the handle via serrations. By lifting the lever hub, the serration is freed and the clamping lever can be swivelled into a most favourable clamping position. When “released”, the tensioning lever automatically engages again. This functionality was given special consideration in the design.

The idea

The design

The design of the handle is precise and soft at the same time. When designing the handle, it was important to us to make it as simple as possible and at the same time very functional. This visually reduces the complexity in the field of application and makes the clamping lever an eye-catcher.
The space-saving design makes it ideal for use in limited swivelling areas, for example. The clamping position of the lever can also be adjusted if required. Thanks to the self-explanatory design, these functions can be understood without any problems or misunderstandings.
