For Savina, the patient is the focus day after day
The Savina® 300 ventilator is a further development of the established Savina predecessor model. During development, care was taken to reuse proven technical components and to optimise the performance of the unit through additional functions. The challenge here was that the dimensions of the footprint had to remain unchanged.
The hallmark of the new Savina® 300 unit is the large colour touch display. The housing design was created in such a way that ergonomic requirements, such as viewing and gripping angles, were optimally designed. The entire upper shell consists of only one part in which several functions are integrated. The success of the design development was mainly due to the excellent communication between the Dräger development team and Corpus Design.
