Trend research

This includes researching current and new design trends in order to support the design process and better assess the status quo. This means that Corpus is always up to date with the latest design and technological trends. Participation in industry events and conferences is the basis for this.

Brand research

Brand research involves carrying out research on a specific brand or product that is to be incorporated into the design process. This includes, for example, customer surveys, conducting focus group tests and analysing market data in order to understand the needs and preferences of the target group.

User research

This includes conducting research on the users or customers of a product or service. This includes, for example, carrying out usability tests, observing user behaviour and obtaining user feedback in order to understand their needs, preferences and problems. This is the optimum basis for the subsequent design process.

Evaluation

Evaluation involves assessing the effectiveness of a design solution or product. This can be, for example, the implementation of usability tests or the observation of user behaviour.
